Q: When will my order ship?

A: Normal production time for a personalized item is 2-3 weeks.  (*Please note the difference between production times and shipping times. Production time is the amount of time it takes to create or personalize your item. Shipping time is the amount of time it takes once your item has shipped.) Orders are processed in the order they are received. Handmade items can not be created until your order is placed. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Q: Can I send you something to monogram?

A: I'm sorry, but I am not able to accept outside monogramming at this time. 

Q: Can I request something ?

A: Yes, you can. Designs do have to be created and tested so I can not give a time frame or make a promise of when it will be completed. I will do my best to meet your request. There are already a lot of requests on the books and this process can be lengthy.

Q: I'm ordering a gift for someone. Can I include a note?
